Provide commercial insights through analysis and problem-solving on priorities such as market positioning, credit policy, processes, and operating models. Partner with leadership to enhance governance and reporting across strategy, performance, and risk. Prepare clear, high-quality materials for senior forums, including strategy updates and performance reviews. Translate analytics into actionable insights. Monitor strategic actions and progress across technology transformation, operating plans, and quarterly reviews. Contribute to tools, frameworks, and IP that strengthen team capability. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture and support the development of junior team members. We’re interested in hearing from people who have Experience in management consulting and/or financial services. Strong skills in analysis, reporting, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
