This is a Level 3 position. However, if there are no appropriate Level 3 applicants, applications from Level 1 and 2 will be considered. The selection criteria reflects the requirements for a Level 3 applicant. Responses from Level 1 or 2 applicants need to demonstrate their level of competence with regard to the same criteria and their ability to work towards Level 3. The expected performance of the incumbent will be commensurate with his/her years of experience and current level at commencement of appointment. The incumbent will work towards meeting the criteria for Level 3.

Role
In this dynamic generalist role, you’ll broaden your clinical expertise across both community and acute settings, working closely with a supportive, experienced team. You’ll make a tangible difference across diverse areas such as:
* Inpatient rehabilitation and discharge planning
* Home modifications and assistive technology
* Residential aged care and palliative care
* The Transitional Aged Care Program
* Outreach support to surrounding communities including Bingara and Warialda, maximising your impact across the North West region
You’ll receive regular mentorship, clinical supervision, and support from senior clinicians, and be encouraged to pursue further education and training - including the opportunity to attend one major professional conference a year.

You’ll be based at Moree Community Health Service, the region’s trusted provider of high-quality, patient-centred care. Join a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team of OTs, physiotherapists, allied health assistants, social workers, dietitians, and nurses - all working together to deliver truly holistic care.

* Occupational Therapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
