**Job description**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of travel consultants.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate and manage travel bookings, itineraries, and reservations for clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote travel services and increase client acquisition.
- Monitor and manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability of the agency.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and reporting requirements.
**Qualifications/Attributes**:
- Must hold an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism management, or a related field or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, software, and reservation processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
**Salary Range**:$70,000 - $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
