About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and self-motivatedArea Sales Manager(ASM) to take ownership of the key territory in and around the Perth Metro Area.
This hybrid, field-based role offers the chance to connect with a diverse customer base spanning fixed and mobile plant in all industrial areas.
You will be responsible for building strong local relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding NLS presence in this vibrant and evolving region - backed by a highly respected product range.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is perfect for a results-driven professional who excels working independently and developing new business opportunities in a dynamic market.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to fixed and mobile plant equipment in the civil and mining sectors.
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships across your territory
* Proactively identify new business opportunities through fieldwork and local knowledge
* Provide timely reporting on territory performance and customer feedback
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent service and supply.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in territory or regional sales (Lubrication related would be nice but not essential)
* Technical ability mechanical.
* Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and grow market share
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously across a wide rural area
* Full Australian work rights and current driver's licence
