Finance and Insurance Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a high level of motivation. Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance and insurance role or equivalent is required. Customer service experience is also considered acceptable as an equivalent to finance and insurance role experience.
This position involves assisting guests with the purchase of new vehicles with finance options, aligning department activities with the broader business plan, meeting individual and team goals, promoting the dealership, and liaising with financial institutions.
