The Role
Selling items & Managing a store inside our store in Westfield Helensvale.
Smart Electrical Clearance Outlet is well established in Brisbane/Gold Coast as the place to go to get a deal on an appliance. This job requires a lot of Passion with running the store, going and finding sales where you can. Knowledge can be taught, but we would like to work with a good personality, as we have a team with a great morale, which you will see when you start working at Smart Electrical. You are not a number but we are a team here and will be treated that way.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Consistent and good customer service to Customers
* Sell products in store & order products from Distribution Centre/Head Office
* Home Delivery organisation of sales that require delivery
* Work Independently well in-store and better as a team with other staff members of the company
* Ensure all visual merchandise is presented in a quality standard inside the store
* Monitor Sales Activity and report to Head Office
* Warranties and handling complaints in a professional manner
* Highly skilled in problem solving if any in an efficient and cost effective manner for the customer and the company.
