Administration Officer - involves organizing day-to-day focusing on office tasks, reception, sales support and maintaining records. This role combines administration, customer service and community management to support seniors in maintaining an independent lifestyle.
Core Responsibilities
* Administration & Operations: Planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations, including managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of RMS & Xero systems would be an advantage.
* Resident Liaison & Customer Service: Acting as the primary contact for residents, addressing complaints, facilitating communication, and assisting with move-ins/orientation.
* Financial Administration: Managing resident rent payments, processing invoices, maintaining records and liaising with owners.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families.
* Technology Proficient: Strong computer literacy, particularly with RMS & Xero.
* Empathy & Patience: A genuine, compassionate approach to working with older adults.
* Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and provide support to village owners.
Working Conditions
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 12 midday. Note that this is a permanent Part Time position only.
* Environment: Office-based administrative work and on-site, public-facing, or community-focused tasks.
