We're on the hunt for a full-time Marketing Coordinator based in the Northern Territory, to help drive marketing outcomes across a diverse portfolio of brands — including one of the NT's largest and most dynamic real estate businesses, and several national financial services and technology companies .

What You'll Do
Be the local go-to for all things marketing across several high-profile projects Liaise directly with sales teams, business owners, and creatives to keep everything running smoothly Coordinate photo and video shoots, campaign rollouts, and marketing schedules Help brief our offshore design and content team — they'll love working with you Keep our projects on track, on time, and on-brand Own the approval process, content calendar, and campaign coordination Be the friendly face of our marketing engine in the NT! What We're Looking For
A natural communicator — confident, clear, and comfortable dealing with stakeholders Highly organised, with strong project coordination skills Experience in marketing, content, or real estate admin preferred (but not essential) Familiar with Canva, social media platforms, email tools, and Google Workspace A self-starter with a creative eye and an unshakable "can-do" attitude Someone who thrives in a collaborative, energetic team that's doing things differently What's in It for You
