About the Company

Anker SOLIX is experiencing rapid growth in the Residential Energy Storage System (ESS) market. We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Support Engineer based in the Benelux region to ensure the successful landing of our products.

About the Role

You will act as the technical backbone for the region, possessing a "Product + On-site + Customer" mindset. You must be capable of independently solving complex technical issues for installers, channel partners, and end-users.

Responsibilities

* Technical Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical guidance to installers and distributors regarding Anker SOLIX Home ESS products.
* On-Site Execution: Perform high-frequency on-site support for installation commissioning, debugging, and complex problem resolution within the Benelux region (typically same-day return trips).
* Training & Enablement: Educate local partners on product installation, configuration, and maintenance.
* Issue Resolution: Act as the bridge between the local market and HQ. Diagnose hardware/software issues and drive rapid resolution with the R&D team.
* Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where resources are still being built; proactive problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum 5 years of technical experience in Energy Storage (ESS), Inverters, or Residential PV industries. Must demonstrate deep familiarity with AC-coupled and Hybrid systems.
* Location: Based in the Brisbane / Sydney
* Work Mode: Remote work is possible, but you must be willing to travel frequently to customer sites for hands-on support.
* Language Skills:
* Chinese (Mandarin): Primary priority (Essential for communicating with HQ/R&D).
* English: Fluent/Professional proficiency is required.
* Dutch or French: Highly preferred (for local customer interaction).
* Soft Skills: Strong independent problem-solving ability, fast learning curve, and high execution efficiency.
* Work Authorization: Valid work visa or permanent residence in NL/BE is required (Local ID/PR preferred).
* Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit. Capable of working under pressure in a high-growth business phase.

Preferred Skills

* Hands-on Background: Prior experience as an installer or field service engineer (hands-on commissioning experience).
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local grid regulations and certification standards (e.g., NEN1010 in Netherlands, Synergrid C10/11 in Belgium).
* Brand Experience: Previous experience working with or servicing brands such as SolarEdge, Enphase, Solis, Pylontech, etc.
