Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties.
Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Oversight: Ensure exceptional tenant experiences and maintain property conditions through daily operations.
* New Acquisitions: Identify and evaluate potential rental properties to expand the portfolio, conducting market research and assessments.
* Administrative Tasks: Manage all administrative duties related to property management, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and financial reporting.
* Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to assess property conditions, address maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Dispute Resolution: Represent the company at VCAT hearings as necessary, resolving tenant disputes effectively.
* CMS Utilization: Utilize PropertyMe CRM software to manage property listings, track tenant interactions, and streamline administrative processes.
The ideal candidate has:
* Previous experience in property management or a related field.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with PropertyMe CRM or similar property management software.
