About the role
Join the team at All Eastern Plumbing as a full-time Sales Plumber based in Drouin, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional plumbing services to our diverse customer base, with a focus on sales and customer relations. What you'll be doing
* Respond promptly to customer plumbing service requests
* Responsible for quoting, invoicing and winning jobs
* Diagnose and fault find to resolve issues in plumbing systems effectively
* Provide expert advice and guidance to customers for long term solutions not just a quick fix
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Carry out plumbing works and ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
* Contribute to the overall success of the plumbing business by leading the team from the front
What we're looking for
* Qualified maintenance plumber with a minimum of 3 years post trade experience in the plumbing industry
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Able to upsell ethically and educate customers on long term value
* Exceptional communication skills, good at building relationships
* Understands sales processes and can follow them
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
