Customer Service Assistant
Based in our Wagga Wagga office and reporting to the Customer Success Manager. We want someone who cares about customers and keeps details tight. This can suit a trainee starting out or someone with solid experience. The fit matters more than the résumé.
Hours
* Full time or part time school hours
* Must be available 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
* Onsite role
What you'll do
* Run phone reception and provide first-line support to our dealers
* Handle customer calls and emails with care
* Support the sales and marketing team with simple admin tasks
* Follow up on support tickets and keep records accurate
* Assist with basic logistics and order coordination
* Learn our products and explain them in plain English

Salary ranges
* Trainee: $45k–$50k plus super full time
* Experienced: $50k–$60k plus super full time
* Part time: $23–$30 per hour plus super, depending on experience
