We are seeking a detail-oriented Crop Scout to monitor crop health, report pests and diseases, and assist in data collection from field trials on our Blackberry Farm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Monitoring and reporting insects and disease in Blackberry blocks
* Weekly inspection and maintenance of insect traps
* Accurate record keeping and updating relevant files
* Data collection from field trials
* Supporting field data capture and analysis of agronomy and breeding trials
* Implementation of R&D trials
* Pest and disease scouting in new and established crops
* Bee activity evaluations
