Seeking a seasoned Training Manager to lead the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) training strategy.
The ideal candidate will have at least +7 years' experience in training leaders across large geographically dispersed organisations and hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
* Develop, lead, and deliver training strategies to set the Organisation up for success.
* Provide technical and strategic advice to Program Managers in adult education and training frameworks.
* Collaborate with training, communications, and human factors colleagues to ensure a smooth transition to the new way of working.
Key skills required include planning and project management capability, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and understanding of how to apply training frameworks in agile, waterfall, and hybrid settings.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Provide technical and strategic advice to Program Managers in adult education and training frameworks.
2. Develop, lead, and deliver training strategies to set the Organisation up for success.
3. Maintain an effective working relationship with the Program team.
4. Work closely with Business Change Manager and business as usual teams to effectively embed training and sustain change.
5. Actively promote and drive change using broad influencing skills to overcome barriers and gain support.
6. Lead training planning and processes at the Project, Program and Portfolio level, ensuring setting and achieving key milestones.
Requirements
* Critically assess training and knowledge transfer requirements for each impacted business unit/team.
* Deliver and apply a plan for training and knowledge transfer including principles, techniques, and tools.
* Think outside the box and challenge the status quo to get better outcomes.
