Your new roleAs a Legal Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support to multiple fee earners, including Partners, in a collaborative and uplifting team.
This role is for a career legal assistant. Unfortunately, students or persons looking for a career as a solicitor will not be considered.
Your responsibilities will include:Opening new files and managing court document filingsDiary management and document preparation (including court documents)Liaising with clients and handling general administrative dutiesEnsuring timely and accurate completion of tasks in a fast-paced legal environment
What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience supporting a litigation practice is essential.A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindsetStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and document production softwareA genuine interest in the legal industry and a drive to learn and grow
