About the Opportunity Reporting to the Verification and Validation (V V) Manager, the V V Engineer or Technical Officer will be responsible for the development, planning and conduct of all V V aspects of their project allocated systems throughout the Design, Manufacturing, Integration, Installation, In Harbour and At Sea phases for the Mission System.
Responsibilities Develop and deliver V V Plans, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), Acceptance Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test Reports.
Provide V V guidance and review V V deliverables from within ASC and external subcontractors.
Oversee the progressive verification of systems to ensure compliance with specifications and the early identification and resolution of issues.
Work collaboratively across the project to ensure a consistent V V approach and quality is maintained.
About you Bachelor of Engineering in any engineering field or Diploma will be considered for Technical Officer placements.
Experience with Systems Engineering frameworks and V V processes.
Self-starting, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Ability to prepare well-structured and concise V V documentation.
Ability to work unsupervised and to lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technical personnel.
Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
