Pause Button is a new cafe opening this March in Coomera. and we're looking for experienced, passionate hospitality professionals to join our founding team.
We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and casual positions across both Back of House and Front of House.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
BACK OF HOUSE
* Head Chef – menu leadership, kitchen management
* Sous Chef – support kitchen operations & service
* Chef / Cook – prep, service & consistency
* Kitchen Hand – prep, cleaning & support
FRONT OF HOUSE
* Supervisor – team leadership & management, service standards
* Head Barista – menu leadership, specialty coffee experience
* Barista – specialty coffee experience, cold beverages making
* All-rounder – customer service, coffee & floor support
* Junior all-rounder – weekend customer service, coffee & floor support

* Proven cafe / hospitality experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Reliability, professionalism & attention to detail
* Weekend availability preferred
