* Providing peer learning sessions, one-on-one support, and practice visits.
* Supporting supervisors with professional development and in-practice teaching.
* Promoting general practice as a career and strengthening rural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander training pathways.

Job Requirements
* RACGP fellowship and current Australian specialist registration in general practice without addenda are essential.
