About the Role
This position requires a high level of professionalism, motivation and collaboration within a media team.
* Manage existing client portfolios for optimal performance.
* Create comprehensive media plans and recommendations focusing on digital and print solutions.
* Respond to client briefs with strategic media schedules, negotiate rates and optimize campaign performance.
* Liaise with publishers to secure valuable insights and competitive rates.
* Produce regular reporting, provide performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
* Brief and coordinate with the creative team regarding advertising materials.
* Support media coordinators to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
* Invoice media spend into our accounting system.
* Foster internal and external relationships to drive objectives.
Requirements
* At least 1-2 years of media buying experience.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Effective time management and media platform understanding.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (essential).
* Looker Studio and Google Analytics reporting experience desirable.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* A collaborative team player with enthusiasm.
