The role focuses on promoting resident-centered care, ensuring high-quality clinical standards aligned with ACQSC Standards and legislation, and supporting accreditation processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and review education resources aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.Deliver education and guidance to staff to develop evidence-based skills and knowledge.Support accreditation preparedness by collaborating with the Quality Team.Maintain current and reviewed learning resources with subject matter experts.Engage in reflective practice to improve teaching and clinical outcomes.Qualifications and Requirements:Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40110) or willingness to complete.Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the new Aged Care Act 2025.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in staff education and development.Experience in assessing and evaluating workforce learning needs.Additional Requirements:Valid Victorian driver’s license.Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.Encouraged vaccination against Covid-19 and Flu.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a difference in older people's lives, click the “apply” button and follow the prompts.
