Crest Dry Cleaners is a proud family-owned and operated business with a long-standing reputation across Geelong and the Surf Coast. With multiple store locations and continued company growth, we're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
The Role
This is a front counter position, providing outstanding service to our valued customers. The role is casual, offering 15-20 hours per week including a rotating Saturday morning shift.
Key Duties
* Tagging, detailing, and invoicing all garments and household items.
* Greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
* Assembling orders once cleaning is finalised.
* Liaising with dry cleaners and pressers.
* Tracking orders and updating customers as required.
* Processing invoices through our point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Educating customers on fabrics and garment care.
About You
* A minimum of 3 years' previous customer service experience.
* Professional customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a busy environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
* Basic computer skills (POS experience is an advantage).
* Previous customer service experience highly regarded.
