hands-on Contracts Manager
to lead and oversee their
entire Queensland project portfolio

The Opportunity
As the Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of all contractual, commercial, and operational aspects across a diverse range of QLD projects. You'll be the central point of coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to client expectations.
This position suits someone who thrives in a practical environment, enjoys being on-the-ground as much as they do managing high level contract performance, and values working within a supportive, tight-knit leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead contract administration and commercial management across all QLD projects
Work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, internal and external, including Project Managers, Superintendents, field leaders, clients, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, governance requirements, and company standards
Provide guidance to project teams on variations, claims, and risk mitigation
Drive continual improvement in project delivery, systems, and client engagement
Maintain strong visibility across sites and operations – this is a hands-on role
About You
Proven experience in contract management within civil, environmental, construction, or related sectors
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple contracts concurrently
Confident working with and influencing diverse stakeholders (PMs, Superintendents, clients, suppliers)
Practical mindset, comfortable being out in the field and engaging directly with operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Law, Construction Management or Finance related
