Veterinary Nurse Macquarie Vetz Animal Centre & New Lambton Veterinary Clinic
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Casual or Part-time Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly teams, working across Macquarie Vetz Animal Centre and New Lambton Veterinary Clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys variety, flexibility, and being part of supportive, well-established clinics.
About the Role
This position offers flexible shifts across both clinics, providing exposure to a diverse caseload and the chance to work alongside experienced veterinarians and nursing teams in a positive, collaborative environment.
About You
You will be a compassionate, reliable, and adaptable Veterinary Nurse who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in a small animal clinic
* Confidence in general nursing duties, including:
* Anaesthetics monitoring
* Surgical nursing
* IV catheter placement and blood collection
* Patient care and hospitalisation
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
