Commercial and Administration Manager
Language Disorder Australia is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded leader to strengthen and support the organisation's commercial, marketing, enrolment, and administrative functions, supporting operational excellence and sustainable growth across all business units.

We're now entering an exciting phase of organisational growth and transformation. This role will work across the organisation, initially focusing on Mancel College and the Language Disorder Academy to drive operational cohesion, commercial outcomes, and customer experience excellence.
This is a high-impact, multi-dimensional leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing structure, accountability, and opportunity to diverse teams and services. You'll report directly to the Executive Director/CEO and lead key functions that shape the organisation's commercial strength and operational effectiveness.

About the Role
The Commercial and Administration Manager will lead the organisation's commercial, marketing, enrolment, and administrative functions, bringing together people, processes, and systems to deliver efficient, high-quality, and financially sustainable operations.
Reporting to the Executive, this role will:
* Oversee key business functions including marketing, enrolments, sales, and administration.
* Drive commercial growth and efficiency across all business units
* Partner with senior leaders to develop strategies that strengthen revenue, streamline operations, and enhance client and student experience.
* Lead a team of talented professionals, building capability, cohesion, and accountability across diverse functions.
* Implement modern systems and processes that enable operational excellence and data-informed decision-making.
* Mature and professionalise administrative capability across the organisation, embedding consistent standards, systems, accountability and service discipline to support scale and operational excellence.
* Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, partnering with Executive and senior leaders, key stakeholders and commercial partners to enable sustainable growth and aligned delivery
* Elevate client and customer communication practices, ensuring messaging, touchpoints and processes are clear, consistent, timely and reflective of LDA's values and service standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Commercial and Administration Manager, you will:
* Lead the organisation's commercial, marketing, enrolment, sales, and administrative functions.
* Partner with the Executive and senior leaders to deliver sustainable revenue growth and operational improvement.
* Oversee enrolment pipelines, marketing strategies, and client relationship management across multiple business units.
* Strengthen administrative systems, processes, and workflows for consistency and efficiency.
* Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organisational goals and budgets.
* Use data and business insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and clients.

WHAT YOU BRING
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Management (or related field).
* Proven experience in commercial, operational, or administrative leadership at a senior level.
* Strong business acumen and experience interpreting budgets, KPIs, and performance data.
* Demonstrated success leading teams across marketing, enrolment, or administration.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience implementing systems or process improvements across complex organisations.
* Understanding of compliance, reporting, and customer service in education, allied health, or not-for-profit settings (desirable).
* Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain before commencement).
