About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist / Senior Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based care across the Gold Coast region. You’ll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Employee referral bonuses What You’ll Do: Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes. Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals. Deliver targeted Physiotherapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals. Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
