Service Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage our service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client requests, coordinating repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

* A background in a similar role or experience with roles in service and repair is required.
* Excellent communication skills and friendly customer service are essential.
* Strong computer literacy to understand internal systems is necessary.
* High motivation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to meet results/targets are crucial.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Answer customer calls in a professional manner.
* Communicate client requirements with service technicians and schedule service visits.
* Process purchase orders and invoices as needed.
* Follow up on ongoing jobs and provide regular updates to customers.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand the service business.
