The Role
Caulfield Campus | Wheelers Hill Campus
At Caulfield Grammar School our purpose is to "enable quality learning every day in every experience for every learner, for life" and our Sports program is an integral component to achieving this.
With an all-year-round multi-faceted Sports Program, we are seeking expressions of interest from Sports Coaches who are interested in joining our team on a casual basis.
As a member of the Associated Public Schools (APS) and participant in the Associated Grammar Schools Victoria (AGSV) competition, we are looking for specialist Sports Coaches to inspire our students to dream more and learn more in the following sports.
Our training sessions take place on Tuesdays – 11am – 3.30pm, Thursdays – 3pm - 6pm and Saturdays – competition days.
Please note, Training sessions and game days may not always take place at the campus and you will need to be able to travel to various locations.

Key Duties
Bring coaching and game play experience and knowledge to your preferred sport
Develop skills, decision making, leadership and teamwork capabilities and support their specific needs and goals
Teach students the fundamentals of the sport i n a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Plan and organise training sessions in consultation with the wider coaching team.
Ensure adherence to the School's Child Safety Code of Conduct, including the Child Safe Standards, and demonstrate behaviours in accordance with these.
Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
Skills And Experience
Demonstrated experience in preferred sport and have played at Club, Association or similar levels
Relevant coaching experience and/or a Level 1 coaching accreditation would be highly regarded.
Be available for training and game days (Tuesdays, 11am – 3.30pm Thursdays, 3pm – 6pm and Saturdays – game days)
Be able to travel between locations for trainings or competitions to various locations,
Genuine enthusiasm for coaching and commitment to students' professional growth
Excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
Have a Victorian Employment Working with Children Check, Level 1 First Aid and Anaphylaxis Certification or be prepared to obtain these
