Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking motivated Factual Investigators, Lawyers, Paralegals, Insurance Claims Officers, and Investigation Enthusiasts to join our team.
The Role
* Attend employer, client site, or accident locations, primarily within your region, and further across regional NSW if desired.
* Interview key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence, perform scene inspections, and gather documents.
* Produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner (or have reports written).
* Maintain effective communication with the support team and clients as required.
* Enjoy a varied day speaking with people from all walks of life.
About You
* Have a desire to obtain (or already have) your Certificate III in Investigations.
* Have a desire to obtain (or already have) a current 2E and Masters Investigators Licence.
* Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
* May come from a claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR, or government background.
* Possess a real interest in investigations & fraud.
* Have excellent written and verbal skills.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
* Are self‐motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
* Have a desire to make a career out of Insurance Claims Investigations.
