As a Registered Nurse, you will enable individuals to live well by applying loving care in all that you do and inspiring your team to do the same. You'll deliver best practice clinical care that leads with heart, develop genuine connections, and build confidence and trust with residents and their loved ones whilst supervising and leading your team.

About You
* You have a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
* You hold a current AHPRA Registration and can provide statements of service from previous roles
* You have experience in a clinical leadership role and the proven ability to work with a team
* You understand requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* You demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
* You demonstrate effective time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
* You hold the necessary rights to work in Australia, sponsorship is not available for this role
