The Company:
My client is a leading provider of integrated electronic security and surveillance solutions, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge security systems across various industries. The company is known for delivering tailored solutions to critical infrastructure and large commercial sites throughout Australia.
The Role:
Develop key relationships with customers to maximize new business, account value, and cross-selling opportunities.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
Actively participate in the development of new business opportunities, including sourcing prospective customers, coordinating sales meetings for the business development team, and pursuing repeat business opportunities with existing clients. Performance targets for new business.
Achieve KPIs and sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Work closely with management to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer retention.
The Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic security.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Experience managing accounts/clients within the electronic security space.
Experience with high-security alarm systems.
Driver's license (mandatory).
Australian Security License.
Customer and sales-focused, passionate about making a positive difference for customers and the business.
