For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an accomplished Quality & Risk Manager to lead our enterprise Quality Management System and risk intelligence capability across a multi-site residential aged care portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for system design, governance oversight, investigation frameworks and enterprise risk insight supporting executive decision-making and Board assurance.
About The Role
Reporting to the GM, Quality Experience and Improvement, you will:
* Lead and continuously optimise the organisation’s integrated Quality Management System (QMS)
* Translate audit, incident, complaint and clinical data into enterprise risk intelligence
* Lead complex and sentinel event investigations using systems and RCA methodologies
* Oversee serious complaints and regulator-facing matters
* Lead the national audit program and NQIP oversight
* Drive structured continuous improvement and consumer partnership
* Lead and develop a team of Quality Operations Specialists
* Deliver high-impact reports to Executive and Board committees
About You
You are a senior quality and risk leader with strong systems-thinking capability and executive influence.
You Will Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Senior-level experience in enterprise quality and risk governance in aged care or a regulated health environment
* Proven experience designing or leading Quality Management Systems
* Advanced experience in audits, investigations and systemic risk analysis
* Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and regulatory frameworks
* Demonstrated ability to influence executives and governance forums
* Experience leading and developing specialist teams
Formal training in quality, risk or governance methodologies is desirable.
