Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Communication Manager for managing, coordinating, and delivering a broad range of communication services.
**Purpose of the role**:
The role is responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering a broad range of internal and external corporate communication services to support the successful delivery of the Industry Engagement and Development strategic and operational plan.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Lead the design and development of the Industry Engagement and Development communication plan and materials, ensuring alignment with the strategic and operational plan.
- Provide expert advice on content, style, and channels that the team should adopt to be most effective and impactful.
- Manage and monitor internal and external communication plans so that stakeholders are informed of branch/agency initiatives and direction and have mechanisms for providing feedback.
- Provide regular and ongoing strategic guidance and advice to Leaders on communications to equip them with right messaging at the right time and develop and maintain a bank of key messages and project specific information to support public speaking engagements.
- Develop and implement appropriate metrics that evaluate the success and impact of communications strategies and initiatives to allow continuous improvement of communications and messaging
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets and risk management plans consistent with the Divisional Plan and the Delivery Plan. Review and improve business systems and processes, and report monthly on activities, performance, trends and issues against plans and budgets.
**Essential skills**:
- Extensive experience in implementing communications strategies at Senior levels within an organisation through various activities, channels, and teams across a diverse organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
