Job Opportunity
We are looking for a Sydney-based Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor. In this full-time permanent role reporting to the Infrastructure Associate Director, you will represent Turner & Townsend in our clients' office.
Key Responsibilities
* Client claims preparation and financial information review
* Communication between Turner & Townsend and the client
* Negotiation of contracts with clients and project stakeholders
* Financial management, including project budgets and commercial advice
* Transaction compliance monitoring and insightful reporting
* Risk management and compliance with contractual requirements
* Continuous improvement of processes and transactional activities
* Relationship building with key stakeholders and business opportunities development
* Mentorship and support for junior colleagues
Requirements
To be successful, we are looking for someone who has:
* Full working rights for Australia
* A recognised degree in a technical field: Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Commercial Management
* At least 7 years of experience working on complex, large-scale, and multi-disciplinary projects in transport and/or infrastructure
* Chartered membership of a relevant industry body (e.g., RICS/AIQS)
* A high level of attention to detail
* Strong communication and facilitation skills
* A demonstrated commitment to providing excellent client service
