Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute strategies to cultivate within the mining sector.
* Work with existing customers on expanding our offering and solutions to suit their needs.
What you'll be doing:
* Understanding customers' strategic priorities.
* Collaborating internally to develop a point of view on how to align our offerings with customer's strategic priorities.
* Developing compelling content that positions us as a strategic partner to the customer and engages customer in an expansion discussion.
* Understanding our offerings and core capabilities.
* Collaborating internally to develop potential penetration and expansion strategies.
* Engaging customers in solutioning workshops with assistance from presales and product teams.
* Leveraging all customer engagement channels to maximize the number of relationships within regions and accounts.
* Engaging directly with all levels of stakeholders to gather intelligence and evangelize our position.
* Identifying and executing on specific in-year revenue generating opportunities.
* Taking complete ownership of the relationships within a region and strategic accounts as required. Set up a governance model and proactively facilitate relationship-building between multiple account stakeholders and multiple our stakeholders.
* Managing and mitigating any and all challenges within accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
As a key member of our team, you will need to have:
* 7+ years of experience in account management/sales within mining or other energy-intensive industries.
* Domain knowledge in IIoT and/or fuel management.
* Demonstrated ability to drive revenue.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts.
