Main Responsibilities:

Ships Agency Administrator:
">
* Perform data entry tasks within the company portal (WASP) with provided training.
* Create pro-forma disbursement accounts and handle crew/spare service requests.
* Submit ABF forms for spares delivery and crew changes, coordinate crew transport bookings.
* Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, archiving, and document management.
* Provide support to Ship Agents in their daily operations.

Critical Functions:
">
* Ensure terminal reporting, stock availability, and compliance with shipment requirements are completed within set timeframes.
* Coordinate vessel berthing schedules, update clients on changes, and manage all related shipping documentation.
* Prepare and submit required documentation, such as Shippers Declarations, Certificates of Origin, and laytime calculations.
* Liaise with superintending companies for stock movement reports and arrange courier services for shipping documentation.
