This position is hybrid (3 days / week) and based in our Sydney office: 1 Sussex Street, Barangaroo, Sydney.Skimlinks is a global e-commerce monetisation platform that connects publishers with product recommendations.
We work with a wide network of merchants and publishers to help content creators earn commissions through commerce articles.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in explaining the benefits of Skimlinks products and networks to merchants, networks, agencies, and publishers.Compile and update reports to monitor and present progress on merchant programs, focusing on top-performing publishers.Support the review of merchant and publisher relationships and contribute to optimisation strategies.Assist in setting up, monitoring, and logging merchant and publisher progress via internal systems and Excel reports.Collaborate with the Operations team to help analyse data and ensure seamless implementation and technical optimisation of programs.Assist in the preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews and internal presentations.Help maintain strong network quality standards by supporting the review of how publishers promote merchants.Support Senior Account Managers in negotiating and setting up exclusive rates for partners.Assist in identifying and discovering upsell opportunities by aligning current or potential product offerings with the goals of top-tier publishers and influencer programs.Provide support in resolving account issues proactively and expediently, working cross-departmentally when needed.Offer marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal teams to help improve and enhance product offerings.Assist with publisher/influencer and merchant sponsorship flat fee placements.Provide administrative support, including creating insertion orders, compiling merchant offers for publishers, preparing newsletters, and documenting optimisations.Qualifications / RequirementsAccount management, sales planner, coordinator, or campaign experience, and desire to become a dedicated Account ManagerUnderstanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industrySkills in relationship building and account managementStrong analytic, quantitative, and technical aptitude with great attention to detailExcellent verbal, written, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, driven, flexible, and adaptable with a proven track record of exceeding goalsEmployment detailsEmployment type: Full-timeLocation: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (Hybrid 3 days/week) – 1 Sussex Street, Barangaroo, SydneyWe are committed to providing a culture that supports diversity, equity and inclusion, with opportunities across gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and all other demographics.
