Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site role based in Ipswich, QLD. As a Flooring Specialist, you will assist customers in selecting flooring and window furnishing options that suit their needs and preferences. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, advising on suitable flooring materials, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the accurate and timely installation of products. You will also maintain a welcoming showroom environment and stay updated on industry products and trends.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, and other flooring types
* Proven experience in customer service to ensure excellent client interactions and satisfaction
* Sales expertise with a focus on guiding customers through the selection and purchasing process
* Hands‐on experience with flooring installation is a plus
* Good organizational and time‐management skills
* Familiarity with the local market and surrounding suburbs is advantageous
* Ability to work collaboratively within a family‐run business setting
