Skills and Experience – Senior Hairdresser
We are seeking passionate, confident hairdressers who are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience and who are excited about ongoing personal and professional growth.
You may already be performing at a high level, or you may be ready to refine and elevate your skills either way, we provide structured mentoring and support to help you succeed and grow within the role.
You will ideally have:
* • Confidence across technical colour, cutting, styling and extensions (structured training and mentoring provided where refinement is needed)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on exceptional client experience
• Confidence in retail recommendations and product knowledge
• A polished, professional presentation
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• The ability to work independently and contribute positively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-forward salon environment
Experience in team training or mentoring is highly regarded but not essential.
