About The Role
This position is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial services to the Executive team. To achieve this, the successful candidate will work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate leases and maintain accurate records. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Executive team members, including preparing agendas and maintaining minutes and records of major meetings/events.
* Communication: Liaise with all levels of staff, management, accredited practitioners, and external organisations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Organisational Skills: Plan and coordinate functions and special projects, while ensuring the maintenance of Visiting Medical Officers and Health Professionals e-files.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data entry, using Equifax to review and communicate with accredited practitioners as required.
Requirements
* National Police Check: Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
* Working-With-Children Check and Immunisation: Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
