What you can expect in a day in this role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with all members of the kitchen brigade, your mission is to maintain high standards and contribute to the development of innovative and delicious dishes.
What you will bring to the role:
We're seeking an experienced Chef de partie ideally with at least 4 years relevant experience, plus:
* Previous experience in a Luxury Lodge environment or similar,
* Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts,
* A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve, and
* A vehicle and drivers licence (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property.
