Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven GFx Management Consultant to support the successful delivery of programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO, project management, dependency coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Program and Project Delivery: Support the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Dependency and Coordination Management: Support project dependencies and ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and progress.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
* Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project delivery.
* Governance and Compliance: Ensure all project activities align with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in project and program management, with a focus on dependency and coordination management.
* Strong expertise in PMO practices and methodologies.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to define project scope, monitor deliverables, and achieve business outcomes.
* NV security clearance is mandatory for this role.
