Mack 1 Motorcycles, a leading retailer of premium motorcycle brand Kawasaki, is seeking an eager to learn enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Representative to join our team in either of our 3 stores at Wangara, Midland or Victoria Park WA. As a full-time member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend the most suitable motorcycle models and accessories.
Conduct test rides and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our motorcycle range.
Effectively explain financing options and assist customers with the purchase process.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings, including technical specifications and latest industry trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent post-sale customer support and follow-up.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record of success in a sales role, and motivated to join the motorcycle industry.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience is required for this position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain technical details in a clear and engaging manner.
A passion for motorcycles and a deep understanding of the local market and customer preferences.
Highly motivated, target-driven and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Valid driver's licence with R classifications and the ability to operate motorcycles.
Full motorcycle licence is required for this role.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
