Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled commercial lawyer to join our in-house legal team. As a junior to mid-level commercial lawyer, you will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced legal team and work on a broad range of practice areas.
* Drafting and advising on various client and commercial contracts.
* Assisting with various legal matters including privacy and other regulatory issues, employment law matters and investigations, disputes and litigation as well as special projects.
* Researching legal issues and supporting senior lawyers.
This role is ideal for someone who has prior commercial legal experience, ideally in a private practice setting, and enjoys working in a friendly, collaborative and high-performing environment.
About The Role

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Laws (or Juris Doctor) and eligibility to practice in an Australian State or Territory.
* Likely 2-4 years PQE (private practice experience will be highly regarded).
* An interest in contracts/commercial law and maintaining a broad practice.
* Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret the law and develop practical and commercial solutions.
* A commitment to self-development, with a willingness to learn and grow with the organisation.
