Job Description
Our client, OSMO Creations, transforms ideas into impactful outcomes through design, storytelling, and innovation. As a multidisciplinary creative studio based in Australia, they operate at the crossroads of strategy, design, and technology. From their headquarters in Greenacres, South Australia, they bring together Designers, Producers, Filmmakers, and digital specialists to deliver outstanding, integrated solutions.
They are now looking for a Digital Production Manager to join their creative team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between creative vision and seamless delivery, managing the end-to-end production of digital content assets, including video, motion graphics, and interactive experiences, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. The annual salary for the Digital Production Manager is $76,515 to $77,000 plus superannuation.
Duties include:
* Lead project planning: scope, timeline, resource allocation, budget.
* Liaise with creative teams (Designers, Editors, Animators, Developers) to ensure deliverables meet creative brief.
* Manage production workflows: pre-production, shoot/asset capture, post-production, delivery.
* Maintain high-quality standards and brand consistency across all outputs.
* Anticipate and resolve production risks and bottlenecks.
* Track project metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders.
* Continuously optimise production processes for efficiency and scalability.
* Collaborate closely with clients and account teams to interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable production plans.
* Oversee vendor relationships, including freelance creatives, post-production partners, and technical suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet OSMO’s standards.
* Implement and maintain digital asset management systems and file-naming conventions to streamline workflow and ensure version control.
* Drive innovation in production processes by exploring new tools, software, and emerging technologies that enhance creativity and efficiency.
* Support business development by providing production insights, timelines, and cost estimates during pitches and proposal stages.
Qualifications:
* Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
* Should hold at least an AQF Bachelor or higher qualification, or equivalent qualifications and have at least 2 years of recent and relevant work experience; or 5 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a qualification.
* Should have at least one (1) year of relevant work experience where the relevant AQF qualification was obtained in Australia; or have at least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
