The Corporate Advisory Group advises clients on equity capital markets transactions, private and regulated mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions and capital management.

You will be joining a team of highly motivated and ambitious individuals, including partners.
The Role
- Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, including related due diligence.
- IPOs, placements and rights issues.
- Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance, continuous disclosure and corporate governance.
About You
- Four years PQE.
- Broad experience in listed takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, private and public M&A; and capital raising.
- Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and Listing Rules.
- Exceptional analytical and drafting skills.
- Solid mentoring and matter‑management skills.
- A high‑performing, ambitious professional who sees recognition and reward for performance.
