Job Title: Senior Electrical Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Advocate and promote a robust electrical safety framework across sites.
* Lead, develop and coach supervisors, coordinators, tradespeople and apprentices to achieve operational excellence.
* Drive continuous improvement through technical innovation and process enhancement.
* Manage resources to deliver cost-effective maintenance outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Engage and influence key stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Australian Recognised Electrical Trade Qualification.
* Current WA 'A' Class Electrical Workers Licence and Nominee's Ticket.
* High Voltage ticket and HV switching experience (highly regarded).
* Proven experience in a Senior-level role, ideally within an iron ore or heavy industry environment.
* Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory electrical requirements in mining.
* Knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation, control systems and variable speed drives.
* Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems.
* Demonstrated competency using SAP.
