About The Role
* Provide high‐quality personal care and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, meals, social activities and outings
* Support the development and review of individual care plans and complete accurate documentation and charting
* Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes to nursing and care leadership
* Maintain residents' dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times
* Contribute to a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming environment
* Carry out tasks delegated by Registered and Enrolled Nurses
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, values‐driven care team
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience providing direct care within an aged care environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Outlook, internet‐based systems)
* National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)
