About The Role
We are seeking a high energy and driven retail professional who is looking for the next exciting step in their career. This position is suited to someone who would like to grow and expand their knowledge of spa retail products.
You will provide exceptional customer service to guests in both our Spa Dreaming Centre and Bath House Reception by demonstrating clear and precise product knowledge, resulting in sales transactions. You will also be responsible for the management of stock.
This is a permanent part-time role offering 30.4 hours per week across the following shifts:
* Monday 9am-5pm
* Tuesday 9am-5pm
* Saturday 12-8pm
You will be responsible for
* Providing guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs through a proactive service approach
* Assist with driving sales and profit to meet budget
* Maintain the retail space and visual merchandising standards
* Appropriately identify and resolve any urgent stock issues
* Assist with point-of-sale processes
* Stock control and management
