Positions: 3 permanent full‐time positions
Responsibilities
* Provide pastoral care and wellbeing support for students across two‐year groups between Years 7 and 12.
* Implement and support class teachers via CMS and the Positive Behaviour School policy and support the Chuditch reward system.
* Report to the Program Coordinator and provide case management for identified students, liaising with external agencies and working collaboratively within the Student Services team.
Skills and Qualifications
* Advanced skills in time management, event organisation and communication.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.
* Understanding of teen mental health and wellness strategies (desirable).
* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a sense of humour in a fast‐paced support team (desirable).
