Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is seeking a Sales Analyst to join their Business Innovation team! In this position, you will transform data into meaningful insights that drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a naturally curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, using data to refine and optimise ways of working.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyse retail channel data to identify performance improvement opportunities across products, channels and operations.
* Develop and manage innovation projects to enhance retail performance and strengthen partnerships with retail channels.
* Collaborate with internal teams including National Account Managers, Field Managers and Product Managers to deliver key initiatives.
* Support demand forecasting and planning by analysing sales and inventory data to inform accurate forecasts and recommendations.
* Maintain up-to-date retail channel data to enable timely insights and reporting
* Conduct store-level sales and inventory analyses to identify missed opportunities and optimise stock efficiency
* Provide actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders based on performance insights
About You:
* Relevant degree with 5+ years’ experience.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Strong analytical and communication abilities.
* Skilled in project and stakeholder management.
* Proactive, organised and detail-focused.
